항만공사법 제12조(임기)

① 위원(위원장을 포함한다. 이하 이 장에서 같다)의 임기는 2년으로 하며, 1년 단위로 연임할 수 있다. 이 경우 임명권자는 직무수행 실적의 평가 결과와 그 밖의 직무수행 실적을 고려하여 연임 여부를 결정한다.

② 위원에 궐원이 생겼을 때에는 제11조에 따라 보궐위원을 임명하여야 한다.

③ 임기가 끝난 위원은 그 후임자가 임명될 때까지 그 직무를 수행한다.
