항로표지법 시행령 제11조(사설항로표지의 관리)

① 법 제18조제1항에 따라 해양수산부장관 외의 자가 설치한 항로표지(이하 "사설항로표지"라 한다)의 소유자가 갖추어야 하는 사설항로표지의 관리에 종사하는 사람(이하 "사설항로표지관리원"이라 한다), 그 근무 지역 기준, 사설항로표지의 관리를 위하여 필요한 장비ㆍ시설의 확보 및 위치 기준은 별표 1과 같다.

② 사설항로표지의 소유자는 법 제18조제1항 각 호 외의 부분 본문에 따라 해양수산부장관에게 신고하려는 경우 다음 각 호의 구분에 따른 기준일부터 15일 이내에 제1항에 따른 사설항로표지관리원과 사설항로표지의 관리를 위하여 필요한 장비 및 시설을 갖추었다는 사실을 증명할 수 있는 서류를 해양수산부장관에게 제출하여야 한다.

③ 제2항에 따라 신고를 받은 해양수산부장관은 사설항로표지관리원이 법 제21조 각 호의 결격사유에 해당하는지를 확인하여야 하며, 「전자정부법」 제36조제1항에 따른 행정정보의 공동이용을 통하여 사설항로표지관리원의 국가기술자격취득사항 확인서를 확인하여야 한다. 다만, 사설항로표지관리원이 확인에 동의하지 아니하는 경우에는 사설항로표지의 소유자로 하여금 국가기술자격취득사항 확인서 사본을 제출하게 하여야 한다.
