Enforcement Decree of the Aviation Security Act, Article 6 (Method of Verifying Identity Using Biometric Information)

① 공항운영자 및 항공운송사업자가 관계 행정기관이 보유하고 있는 얼굴ㆍ지문ㆍ홍채 및 손바닥 정맥 등 개인을 식별할 수 있는 신체적 특징에 관한 개인정보(이하 "생체정보"라 한다)를 이용하여 법 제14조의2제1항제1호에 따른 보호구역으로 진입하는 사람 또는 같은 항 제2호에 따른 탑승권을 발권, 수하물을 위탁하거나 항공기에 탑승하는 승객(이하 이 조에서 "승객등"이라 한다)에 대한 본인 일치 여부를 확인하는 방법은 다음 각 호와 같다.
