항공ㆍ철도 사고조사에 관한 법률 제16조(지원조직)

① 위원회의 사무를 처리하기 위하여 위원회에 지원조직을 둔다.

② 제1항에 따른 지원조직의 장은 위원장의 명을 받아 지원조직의 업무를 처리한다.

③ 제1항에 따른 지원조직에는 사고조사관과 필요한 직원을 두며, 그 밖에 지원조직의 구성 및 운영 등에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
