할부거래에 관한 법률 시행령 제18조(공제조합의 인가 등)

① 법 제28조제1항에 따른 공제조합을 설립하려는 경우에는 10인 이상이 발기인(發起人)이 되어 정관을 작성하고 창립총회의 의결을 거쳐 공정거래위원회에 인가를 신청하여야 한다.

② 공정거래위원회는 공제조합의 설립을 인가하였을 때에는 이를 공고하여야 한다.
