한국환경공단법 제9조(임원의 직무)

① 이사장은 공단을 대표하며 그 업무를 총괄한다.

(1) The^ð더 President프^r레저덴트 shall섈 represent^r레프^r리젠트 the^ð더 Corporation코퍼^r레이션 and앤드 exercise엑서사이즈 general제너^r럴 control컨트^r로울 over오우^v버 its잇츠 affairs.어^f페어즈

② 이사는 이사회에 상정된 안건을 심의하고 의결에 참여한다.

(2) Directors더^r렉터즈 shall섈 deliberate딜리버^r럿 on안 the^ð디 agenda어젠다 items아이텀즈 submitted서브미티드 to투 the^ð더 board보드 of어^v브 directors더^r렉터즈 and앤드 participate파티서페잇 in인 voting.^v보우팅

③ 상임이사는 이사장을 보좌하여 공단의 업무를 나누어 맡으며, 이사장이 부득이한 사유로 직무를 수행할 수 없을 때에는 정관으로 정하는 순위에 따라 그 직무를 대행한다.

④ 감사는 공단의 업무와 회계를 감사한다.
