한국해운조합법 제22조(임원)

① 조합에는 다음 각 호의 임원을 둔다. <개정 2016.5.29>

(1) The^ð디 Association어소우시에이션 shall섈 have해^v브 the^ð더 following^f팔로잉 officers:오^f퍼서즈

② 임원 중 이사장 및 상무이사는 유급(有給)으로 한다.

(2) Among어멍 the^ð디 officers,오^f퍼서즈 the^ð더 President프^r레저덴트 and앤드 Managing매너징 Directors더^r렉터즈 shall섈 be비 paid.페이드

③ 회장과 부회장은 총회에서 선출한다.

(3) The^ð더 Chairperson체어퍼슨 and앤드 Vice^v바이스 Chairpersons케어퍼슨즈 shall섈 be비 elected일렉티드 at앳 the^ð더 general제너^r럴 meeting.미팅

④ 이사장은 제22조의2에 따른 인사추천위원회에서 추천한 사람 중에서 총회에서 선출한다. <개정 2016.5.29, 2020.2.18>

(4) The^ð더 President프^r레저덴트 shall섈 be비 elected일렉티드 at앳 the^ð더 general제너^r럴 meeting미팅 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 persons퍼슨즈 recommended^r레커멘디드 by바이 the^ð더 personnel퍼서넬 recommendation^r레커먼데이션 committee커미티 under언더 Article아터클 22-2.

⑤ 상무이사는 제22조의2에 따른 인사추천위원회의 심의를 거쳐 이사장의 추천에 의하여 총회에서 선출한다. <개정 2016.5.29, 2020.2.18>

(5) Managing매너징 Directors더^r렉터즈 shall섈 be비 elected일렉티드 at앳 the^ð더 general제너^r럴 meeting미팅 upon어판 recommendation^r레커먼데이션 of어^v브 the^ð더 President,프^r레저덴트 after애^f프터 deliberation딜리버^r레이션 by바이 the^ð더 personnel퍼서넬 recommendation^r레커먼데이션 committee커미티 under언더 Article아터클 22-2.

⑥ 이사와 감사는 총회에서 선출하되, 정관으로 정하는 바에 따라 조합원이 아닌 이사를 3명 두어야 한다. <개정 2016.5.29>

(6) Directors더^r렉터즈 and앤드 Auditors아더터즈 shall섈 be비 elected일렉티드 at앳 the^ð더 general제너^r럴 meeting,미팅 and앤드 three^θ쓰^r리 Directors더^r렉터즈 who후 are아 not낫 members멤버즈 shall섈 be비 included,인클루디드 as애즈 determined디터먼드 by바이 the^ð디 articles아터클즈 of어^v브 incorporation.인코퍼^r레이션

⑦ 임원이 될 수 있는 자는 정관으로 정하는 바에 따라 조합원으로 한정한다. 다만, 이사장, 상무이사, 이사 및 감사는 조합원이 아닌 자 중에서 선출할 수 있다. <개정 2016.5.29>

⑧ 조합은 정관으로 정하는 바에 따라 임원의 자격을 제한할 수 있다.
