총회는 대의원 과반수의 출석으로 개의하고 출석대의원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다. 다만, 제21조제1항제1호, 제4호, 제5호(해임에 한정한다) 및 제6호의 사항은 대의원 과반수의 출석과 출석대의원 3분의 2 이상의 찬성으로 의결한다. <개정 2016.5.29>
