한국해운조합법 제14조(제명)

① 조합은 조합원이 이 법 및 이 법에 따른 명령이나 정관을 위반하였을 때에는 총회의 의결을 거쳐 제명할 수 있다. 이 경우 조합은 총회 개회 10일 전까지 그 조합원에게 제명의 사유를 알리고 총회에서 의견을 진술할 기회를 주어야 한다.

② 제1항 후단에 따른 통지를 하지 아니하거나 총회에서 의견을 진술할 기회를 주지 아니하고 제명에 관한 의결을 한 경우에는 그 조합원에게 대항하지 못한다.

③ 조합은 제명된 조합원에게 그 사실을 서면 등의 방법으로 통지하여야 한다.

(3) The^ð디 Association어소우시에이션 shall섈 notify노우터^f파이 the^ð디 expelled익스펠드 member멤버 of어^v브 that^ð댓 fact^f팩트 in인 writing^r라이팅 or오 by바이 other어^ð더 means.민즈

④ 조합은 제1항에 따라 제명된 조합원에 대하여 총회의 의결로 일정기간 조합의 가입을 제한할 수 있다.

(4) The^ð디 Association어소우시에이션 may,메이 by바이 resolution^r레절루션 of어^v브 the^ð더 general제너^r럴 meeting,미팅 restrict^r리스트^r릭트 admission애드미션 to투 the^ð디 Association어소우시에이션 for^f포 a어 certain서튼 period피^r리어드 for^f포 a어 member멤버 expelled익스펠드 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1).
