Korea Institute of Ocean Science and Technology Act, Article 25 (Applying the Civil Act Mutatis Mutandis)
해양과기원에 관하여 이 법에서 규정한 것 외에는 「민법」 중 재단법인에 관한 규정을 준용한다.
The provisions of the Civil Act on incorporated foundations shall apply mutatis mutandis to the Institute, except as provided in this Act.
