한국해양과학기술원법 시행령 제17조(겸직해제 등)

① 관련 대학 총장은 겸직교원이 제16조제1항에 위배된다고 인정하는 경우에는 관련 대학의 학칙에서 정한 대학인사위원회의 심의를 거쳐 해양과기원 원장에게 겸직해제 등 적절한 조치를 요청할 수 있다.

② 해양과기원 원장은 겸직원구원이 제16조제2항에 위배되거나 「국가공무원법」 제78조제1항 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당된다고 인정하는 경우에는 해양과기원의 정관에서 정한 인사위원회의 심의를 거쳐 관련 대학 총장에게 겸직해제 등 적절한 조치를 요청할 수 있다.

③ 해양수산부장관은 법 제17조제1항 및 제2항에 따른 겸직이 해양과기원의 연구ㆍ개발 등에 지장을 준다고 인정하는 경우에는 해양과기원 원장과 관련 대학 총장에게 겸직해제 등 적절한 조치를 요청할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23>
