한국토지주택공사법 제15조의2(토지 등 자산의 매각위탁 등)

공사는 재무구조 개선 및 경영정상화 등을 위하여 「한국자산관리공사 설립 등에 관한 법률」에 따라 설립된 한국자산관리공사에 공사의 토지 등 자산의 매각을 위탁하거나 자산을 매각할 수 있다. 이 경우 위탁가격 및 위탁수수료의 요율 또는 매각가격은 한국자산관리공사와 합의하여 정한다. <개정 2019.11.26>
