한국주택금융공사법 제61조(보고서 제출 및 서류의 검사)

① 금융위원회는 제60조에 따른 감독 업무를 수행할 때 필요하다고 인정하면 공사 및 제45조에 따라 공사로부터 업무의 위탁을 받은 자(이하 이 조에서 "수탁자"라 한다) 또는 기금(계정을 포함한다. 이하 이 조에서 같다)에 출연하는 금융기관에 대하여 보고서의 제출을 요구하거나, 소속 공무원 또는 금융감독원의 소속 직원으로 하여금 그 업무 상황 또는 장부ㆍ서류나 그 밖에 필요한 물건을 검사하게 할 수 있다. 다만, 수탁자에 대하여는 그 위탁된 업무의 범위에 관하여만 할 수 있고, 기금에 출연하는 금융기관에 대하여는 그 출연 사항에 관하여만 할 수 있다.

② 금융위원회는 필요하다고 인정할 때에는 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 제1항에 따른 검사를 금융감독원장에게 위탁할 수 있다.

③ 제1항과 제2항에 따라 검사를 하는 자는 그 권한을 표시하는 증표를 지니고 이를 관계인에게 내보여야 한다.
