한국주택금융공사법 제11조(운영)

① 위원회의 위원장은 공사의 사장이 된다.

(1) The^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee커미티 shall섈 be비 the^ð더 president프^r레저덴트 of어^v브 the^ð더 Corporation.코퍼^r레이션

② 위원장은 위원회를 대표하고, 위원회의 업무를 총괄한다.

(2) The^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 shall섈 represent^r레프^r리젠트 the^ð더 Committee커미티 and앤드 supervise수퍼^v바이즈 its잇츠 affairs.어^f페어즈

③ 위원장이 부득이한 사유로 직무를 수행할 수 없을 때에는 위원회가 미리 정한 위원이 그 직무를 대행한다.

(3) Where웨어 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 is이즈 unable어네이블 to투 perform퍼^f폼 his히즈 or오 her허 duties두티즈 for^f포 unavoidable어너^v보이더블 reasons,^r리즌즈 a어 member멤버 designated데지그네이티드 in인 advance어드^v밴스 by바이 the^ð더 Committee커미티 shall섈 act액트 on안 his히즈 or오 her허 behalf.비해^f프

④ 위원회의 회의는 재적위원 과반수의 출석으로 개의하고, 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.

(4) Meetings미팅즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee커미티 shall섈 be비 opened오우픈드 with위^ð드 the^ð디 attendance어텐든스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð디 incumbent인컴번트 members멤버즈 and앤드 resolutions^r레절루션즈 shall섈 be비 adopted어답티드 with위^ð드 the^ð더 concurrence컨커^r런스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð더 members멤버즈 present.프^r레전트

⑤ 제1항부터 제4항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 위원회의 운영에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
