Enforcement Decree of the Korea Housing Finance Corporation Act, Article 37-5 (Requests for and Provision of Financial Information, etc.)

① 공사는 법 제64조의3제1항에 따라 금융회사등(법 제64조제1항 각 호 외의 부분에 따른 금융회사등을 말한다. 이하 같다)의 장에게 같은 항 제4호에 따른 금융정보등(이하 "금융정보등"이라 한다)의 제공을 요청하는 경우에는 다음 각 호의 사항이 포함된 자료를 첨부하여 요청해야 한다. 이 경우 해당 금융회사등이 속한 협회ㆍ연합회나 중앙회를 통해 금융정보등의 제공을 요청할 수 있다.
