한국장학재단 설립 등에 관한 법률 제49조의8(구상채권등의 매각)

재단은 구상채권 및 기한의 이익이 상실된 일반 상환 학자금대출 채권(이하 이 조에서 "구상채권등"이라 한다)의 효율적인 회수와 관리를 위하여 필요한 경우 이사회의 의결을 거쳐 「한국자산관리공사 설립 등에 관한 법률」에 따른 한국자산관리공사(한국자산관리공사가 출자한 법인을 포함한다)에 구상채권등을 매각할 수 있다. <개정 2019.11.26>
