Act on the Establishment, etc. of the Korea Asset Management Corporation, Article 43-3 (Sources of the Restructuring Fund)

① 구조조정기금은 다음 각 호의 재원으로 조성한다.

7. 구조조정기금의 운용수익(부실자산 등의 정리에 따른 수입금을 포함한다)과 그 밖의 수입금

② 공사는 금융회사등이 보유한 부실자산의 인수정리, 부실징후기업 및 구조개선기업이 보유한 자산의 인수정리 등에 필요한 자금을 조달하기 위하여 위원회의 의결을 거쳐 구조조정기금의 부담으로 구조조정기금채권을 발행할 수 있다. 이 경우 구조조정기금채권에 관하여는 제37조제2항 및 제40조제2항부터 제5항까지의 규정을 준용한다.

③ 구조조정기금이 제1항제5호에 따라 한국은행으로부터 자금을 차입하는 경우에는 제39조제3항을 준용한다.
