한국자산관리공사 설립 등에 관한 법률 제40조(부실채권정리기금채권의 발행 등)

① 공사는 부실채권의 인수정리에 필요한 자금을 조달하기 위하여 위원회의 의결을 거쳐 기금의 부담으로 부실채권정리기금채권(이하 "채권"이라 한다)을 발행할 수 있다.

② 채권의 발행에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.

(2) Matters매터즈 necessary네서세^r리 for^f포 the^ð디 issuance이슈언스 of어^v브 bonds반즈 shall섈 be비 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 by바이 Presidential프^r레저덴실 Decree.디크^r리

③ 채권의 소멸시효는 원금은 5년, 이자는 2년으로 완성한다.

(3) The^ð디 extinctive엑스팅크티^v브 prescription프^r러스크^r립션 of어^v브 bonds반즈 is이즈 completed컴플리티드 in인 five^f파이^v브 years이어즈 for^f포 principal프^r린서플 and앤드 two투 years이어즈 for^f포 interest.인트^r리스트

④ 정부는 채권의 원리금 상환에 대하여 보증할 수 있다.

(4) The^ð더 Government거^v버먼트 may메이 guarantee게^r런티 repayment^r리페이먼트 of어^v브 principal프^r린서플 and앤드 interest인트^r리스트 on안 bonds.반즈

⑤ 공사는 채권을 발행하려는 경우에는 매회 그 금액ㆍ조건과 발행 및 상환의 방법을 정하여 금융위원회에 신고하여야 한다.

(5) When웬 intending인텐딩 to투 issue이슈 bonds,반즈 the^ð더 Corporation코퍼^r레이션 shall섈 report^r리포트 the^ð디 amount,어마운트 conditions,컨디션즈 and앤드 methods메^θ써즈 of어^v브 issuance이슈언스 and앤드 redemption^r리뎀프션 to투 the^ð더 Financial^f퍼낸실 Services서^v버시즈 Commission커미션 each이치 time.타임

⑥ 채권에 관하여는 제37조제2항을 준용한다.
