한국자산관리공사 설립 등에 관한 법률 제16조(위원회의 운영)

① 위원회의 위원장은 공사의 사장이 된다.

② 위원장은 위원회를 대표하고 위원회의 사무를 총괄한다.

(2) The^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 represents^r레프^r리젠츠 the^ð더 Committee커미티 and앤드 presides프^r리자이즈 over오우^v버 its잇츠 affairs.어^f페어즈

③ 위원장이 부득이한 사유로 직무를 수행할 수 없을 때에는 제15조제1항제2호부터 제5호까지의 위원이 규정된 순서에 따라 그 직무를 대행한다. <개정 2019.11.26>

④ 위원장은 정관으로 정하는 바에 따라 위원회를 소집하고, 그 의장이 된다.

(4) The^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 shall섈 convene컨^v빈 the^ð더 Committee,커미티 as애즈 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 by바이 the^ð디 articles아터클즈 of어^v브 incorporation,인코퍼^r레이션 and앤드 serve서^v브 as애즈 its잇츠 chair.체어

⑤ 위원회는 재적위원 과반수의 출석과 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.

(5) The^ð더 Committee커미티 shall섈 decide디사이드 with위^ð드 the^ð디 attendance어텐든스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð디 incumbent인컴번트 members멤버즈 and앤드 the^ð더 concurrence컨커^r런스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð더 members멤버즈 present.프^r레전트

⑥ 이 법에서 규정한 사항 외에 위원회의 운영에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
