Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Establishment, etc. of the Korea Asset Management Corporation, Article 14 (Computation of the Registration Period)

제10조부터 제13조까지의 규정에 따라 등기하여야 할 사항 중 금융위원회의 인가 또는 승인을 받아야 할 사항이 있는 경우에는 해당 인가서 또는 승인서가 도달한 날부터 등기기간을 기산한다.
