한국은행법 제100조(손실보전)
한국은행의 회계연도에 있어서 발생한 손실은 적립금으로 보전(補塡)하고, 적립금이 부족할 때에는 「국가재정법」에서 정하는 바에 따라 정부가 보전한다.
