한국원자력안전기술원법 시행령 제1조의2(원장의 임명 등)

① 「원자력안전위원회의 설치 및 운영에 관한 법률」 제3조에 따른 원자력안전위원회(이하 "원자력안전위원회"라 한다) 위원장은 「한국원자력안전기술원법」(이하 "법"이라 한다) 제11조제2항에 따라 이 조 제2항에 따른 임원추천위원회에서 복수로 추천한 사람 중에서 한국원자력안전기술원(이하 "안전기술원"이라 한다) 원장 후보자를 대통령에게 제청해야 한다.

② 안전기술원 원장 후보자를 추천하기 위해 안전기술원에 임원추천위원회를 둔다.

③ 안전기술원 원장 후보자의 추천절차 및 임원추천위원회의 구성ㆍ운영 등에 관한 사항은 정관으로 정한다.
