한국수자원공사법 제19조(시설관리권의 설정)

① 기후에너지환경부장관은 수도시설(공사가 건설한 수도시설을 포함한다. 이하 이 조에서 같다)의 관리권을 공사에 대하여 설정할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2018.6.8, 2020.3.31, 2025.10.1>

② 공사는 제1항에 따른 수도시설의 관리권(이하 "시설관리권"이라 한다)의 설정을 받으면 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 기후에너지환경부장관에게 등록하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2018.6.8, 2020.3.31, 2025.10.1>
