한국산업은행법 제41조(징계 등의 면책에 관한 특례)

한국산업은행 및 그 임직원이 고의 또는 중대한 과실 없이 제3장의2 및 제3장의3에 따른 업무를 적극적으로 처리한 경우에는 그 결과에 대하여 이 법, 「감사원법」 또는 「은행법」 등 금융관계법령에 따른 징계ㆍ문책 또는 그 요구를 하지 않는 등 그 책임을 면제한다. <개정 2025.9.9>
