한국산업은행법 제36조(보고서의 제출 및 서류의 검사)

① 금융위원회는 제34조에 따른 감독업무를 수행할 때 필요하다고 인정하면 한국산업은행에 대하여 보고서를 제출하도록 요구하거나, 소속 공무원으로 하여금 한국산업은행의 업무상황 또는 장부ㆍ서류, 그 밖에 필요한 물건을 검사하게 할 수 있다.

② 금융위원회는 필요하다고 인정하면 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 제1항에 따른 검사를 금융감독원장에게 위탁할 수 있다.

③ 제1항 및 제2항에 따라 검사를 하는 사람은 그 신분을 표시하는 증표를 지니고 이를 관계인에게 보여주어야 한다.
