한국산업은행법 제10조(임원)

① 한국산업은행에 임원으로 회장, 전무이사, 이사 및 감사를 둔다.

② 회장 및 감사는 각각 1명으로 한다.

(2) There^ð데어 shall섈 be비 one원 Chairman체어먼 and앤드 one원 auditor오디터 each.이치

③ 전무이사 및 이사의 수는 정관으로 정하되, 사외이사가 3명 이상으로 이사회 구성원 총수의 과반수가 되어야 한다.
