한국보훈복지의료공단법 제13조(겸직제한)

① 공단의 상임임원과 직원은 그 직무 외에 영리를 목적으로 하는 업무에 종사하지 못한다.

② 상임임원이 이사장(상임이사의 경우에 한한다)이나 국가보훈부장관의 허가를 받은 경우와 직원이 이사장의 허가를 받은 경우에는 비영리 목적의 업무를 겸할 수 있다. <개정 2023.3.4>
