한국보건의료인국가시험원법 제9조(임원의 직무)

① 원장은 국시원을 대표하고, 업무를 총괄하며 소속 직원을 지도ㆍ감독 한다.

② 원장이 부득이한 사유로 직무를 수행할 수 없을 때에는 정관으로 정하는 바에 따라 그 직무를 대행한다.

(2) Where웨어 the^ð더 president프^r레저덴트 is이즈 unable어네이블 to투 perform퍼^f폼 his히즈 or오 her허 duties두티즈 for^f포 unavoidable어너^v보이더블 reasons,^r리즌즈 another어너^ð더 person퍼슨 shall섈 act액트 on안 his히즈 or오 her허 behalf비해^f프 as애즈 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 by바이 the^ð디 articles아터클즈 of어^v브 incorporation.인코퍼^r레이션

③ 이사는 이사회에 부쳐진 안건을 심의하고 의결에 참여한다.

(3) Directors더^r렉터즈 shall섈 deliberate딜리버^r럿 on안 agenda어젠다 items아이텀즈 submitted서브미티드 to투 the^ð더 board보드 of어^v브 directors더^r렉터즈 and앤드 participate파티서페잇 in인 voting.^v보우팅

④ 감사는 「공공기관의 운영에 관한 법률」 제32조제5항에 따른 감사기준에 따라 국시원의 업무와 회계를 감사하고 그 의견을 이사회에 제출한다.
