Korea Human Resource Development Institute for Health and Welfare Act, Article 8 (Board of Directors)

① 다음 각 호의 사항을 심의ㆍ의결하기 위하여 인재원에 이사회를 둔다. <개정 2021.7.27>

② 이사회는 원장을 포함한 이사로 구성한다.

③ 원장은 이사회를 소집하고 그 의장이 된다.
