한국도로공사법 제4조(자본금)

① 공사의 자본금은 50조원으로 한다. <개정 2011.9.16, 2015.12.29, 2020.2.4, 2022.6.10>

② 제1항에 따른 자본금은 국가, 지방자치단체 또는 「한국산업은행법」에 따른 한국산업은행이 출자하되, 필요한 경우에는 정관으로 정하는 바에 따라 자본금의 2분의 1을 초과하지 아니하는 범위에서 주주를 모집할 수 있다. <개정 2009.4.1, 2014.5.21>

③ 공사의 자본은 주식으로 분할하여야 한다.
