한국도로공사법 제12조의2(업무의 위탁)

① 공사는 제12조제1항 각 호에 따른 업무의 일부를 국토교통부장관의 승인을 받아 공사가 투자하거나 출연한 자에게 위탁할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23>

② 공사는 제1항에 따라 업무를 위탁한 경우에는 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 그 업무를 수행하는 자에게 필요한 수수료를 지급할 수 있다.
