공사가 제10조제1항제14호에 따라 국가 또는 지방자치단체로부터 위탁받아 시행하는 사업과 관련하여 국가 또는 지방자치단체가 취득한 부동산에 관한 권리를 「부동산등기법」 제98조에 따라 등기하여야 하는 경우 공사는 국가 또는 지방자치단체를 대위(代位)하여 등기를 촉탁할 수 있다. <개정 2011.4.12, 2016.12.27>
