한국농어촌공사 및 농지관리기금법 제24조의3(경영회생 지원을 위한 농지 매입 등)

① 공사는 자연재해, 병충해, 부채의 증가 또는 그 밖의 사유로 일시적으로 경영위기에 처한 농업인 또는 농업법인의 경영회생을 지원하기 위하여 그 농업인 또는 농업법인이 소유한 농지 및 농지에 딸린 농업용시설(이하 이 조에서 "농지등"이라 한다)을 매입하여 그 농업인 또는 농업법인에게 임대할 수 있다.

② 공사는 제1항에 따라 매입한 농지등을 임대하는 경우 임대기간 중에는 그 농지등을 제3자에게 매도하여서는 아니 된다.

③ 제1항에 따라 농지등을 공사에 매도하고 다시 임차한 그 농지등의 전 소유자 또는 포괄승계인은 임차기간이 끝나기 전에 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 공사에 대하여 그 농지등의 환매(還買)를 요구할 수 있고, 공사는 그 농지등이 공익사업에 필요하여 수용되는 등 특별한 사유가 없으면 요구에 따라야 한다.

④ 제1항부터 제3항까지의 규정에 따른 농지등의 매입가격ㆍ환매가격 및 지급방법, 임대기간ㆍ임대료 등에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
