한국농어촌공사 및 농지관리기금법 제20조(장기임대차 간척농지 등의 매입ㆍ매도사업)

① 공사는 장기간 임대차되고 있는 간척농지 및 개간농지를 매입하여 경작농업인에게 매도하거나 그 농지 구입에 필요한 자금을 경작농업인에게 지원할 수 있다.

② 제1항에 따른 공사의 농지 매입은 당사자 간의 협의에 따르되, 협의가 성립되지 아니하면 시장ㆍ군수에게 매매협의 조정을 요청할 수 있다. 이 경우 농지의 소유자는 특별한 사유가 없으면 시장ㆍ군수의 매매협의 조정에 따라야 한다.
