한국농어촌공사 및 농지관리기금법 시행령 제22조(사채의 발행 총액 등)

① 사장은 사채 청약에 응모된 총액이 청약서에 적힌 발행 총액보다 적은 경우에도 사채를 발행한다는 표시를 사채청약서에 할 수 있다. 이 경우 그 응모 총액을 사채의 발행 총액으로 한다.

② 공사는 제1항에 따른 사채의 응모가 완료된 때에는 지체 없이 응모자가 인수한 사채금액의 전액을 납입하게 하여야 하며, 그 전액이 납입된 후가 아니면 그 사채를 발행하지 못한다.

③ 사채 모집을 위탁받은 자는 자기 명의로 공사를 위하여 제2항 및 제21조제2항에 따른 행위를 할 수 있다.
