Enforcement Decree of the Korea Rural Community Corporation and Farmland Management Fund Act, Article 21 (Subscription for Corporate Bonds, etc.|13)

① 사채의 모집에 응하려는 자는 사채청약서에 그 인수할 사채의 수, 인수금액과 주소를 적고 서명날인하여야 한다. 다만, 사채의 최저가액을 정하여 발행하는 경우에는 응모가액을 적어야 한다.
