Enforcement Decree of the Korea Rural Community Corporation and Farmland Management Fund Act, Article 19-9 (Application for and Standards of Support for Retirement Life Stability Funds|5)

① 법 제24조의5제1항에 따라 소유 농지를 담보로 한 노후생활안정자금(이하 "농지연금"이라 한다)을 지원받으려는 농업인은 공사에 농지연금의 지원을 신청하여야 한다.
