① 공사는 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사유가 발생한 경우에는 농지연금 지급을 정지하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23>

③ 공사는 제1항 및 제2항에도 불구하고 담보농지의 일부가 제1항제3호 또는 제6호에 해당하는 경우로서 불가피한 사유가 있다고 인정되는 경우에는 그 담보농지 부분에 대한 농지연금채권을 회수하고, 나머지 담보농지 부분에 대하여 농지연금을 지원할 수 있다.

④ 공사는 제19조의10제2항제3호에 따른 농지연금 지원 방식의 지급기간이 종료된 경우에는 해당 담보농지를 제19조의2제2항에 따른 금액으로 매입하는 방법으로 농지연금채권을 회수하고, 매입 금액이 농지연금채권금액보다 큰 경우에는 그 차액을 정산해야 한다. 다만, 담보농지를 매입할 수 없는 경우에는 제2항제1호 또는 제2호에 따른 방법으로 농지연금채권을 회수할 수 있다. <신설 2017.11.14, 2023.8.1>
