한국농수산대학교 설치법 시행령 제5조의4(학위심화과정의 입학자격 등)

① 법 제5조의2제3항에 따른 같은 계열의 전문대학 또는 같은 계열의 대학 및 관련 분야는 학칙으로 정한다.

(1) Junior주니어 colleges칼리지즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 same세임 field^f필드 or오 universities유너^v버서티즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 same세임 field^f필드 and앤드 related^r릴레이티드 fields^f필즈 under언더 Article아터클 5-2 (3) of어^v브 the^ð디 Act액트 shall섈 be비 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 by바이 school스쿨 regulations.^r레귤레이션즈

② 법 제5조의2제3항제2호에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 과"란 학위심화과정이 설치된 과의 교육과정에서 다루는 농수산물과 같은 농수산물의 생산ㆍ가공 또는 유통과 관련된 교육과정이 설치된 「고등교육법」 제2조제1호 또는 제4호의 대학 또는 전문대학의 과를 말한다. <신설 2017.1.17>

③ 학위심화과정의 연도별 총 학생 수는 해당 연도 전문학사 학위과정 입학정원의 20퍼센트 이내로 하고, 모집단위별 총 학생 수는 해당 모집단위의 전문학사 학위과정 입학정원의 100퍼센트 이내로 한다. <개정 2017.1.17>
