한국국토정보공사법 제7조(임원)

① 공사에는 임원으로 사장 1명과 부사장 1명을 포함한 11명 이내의 이사와 감사 1명을 두며, 이사는 정관으로 정하는 바에 따라 상임이사와 비상임이사로 구분한다.

② 사장은 공사를 대표하고 공사의 사무를 총괄한다.

(2) The^ð더 president프^r레저덴트 shall섈 represent^r레프^r리젠트 the^ð더 Corporation코퍼^r레이션 and앤드 oversee오우^v버시 its잇츠 affairs.어^f페어즈

③ 감사는 공사의 회계와 업무를 감사한다.

(3) The^ð디 auditor오디터 shall섈 audit오딧 the^ð디 accounts어카운츠 and앤드 affairs어^f페어즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Corporation.코퍼^r레이션

④ 공사의 이익과 사장의 이익이 상반되는 사항에 대하여는 사장이 공사를 대표하지 못하며, 이 경우 감사가 공사를 대표한다.
