한국교육학술정보원법 제7조(임원 등)

① 교육정보원에 임원으로서 원장을 포함한 11명 이내의 이사와 감사 1명을 둔다.

(1) The^ð더 Service서^v비스 shall섈 have,해^v브 as애즈 officers,오^f퍼서즈 no노우 more모 than^ð댄 11 directors,더^r렉터즈 including인클루딩 the^ð더 president,프^r레저덴트 and앤드 one원 auditor.오디터

② 원장의 임기는 3년으로 하고, 이사와 감사의 임기는 2년으로 하되, 1년을 단위로 연임될 수 있다.

(2) The^ð더 term텀 of어^v브 office오^f피스 of어^v브 the^ð더 president프^r레저덴트 shall섈 be비 three^θ쓰^r리 years이어즈 and앤드 that^ð댓 of어^v브 directors더^r렉터즈 and앤드 the^ð디 auditor오디터 two투 years,이어즈 and앤드 they^ð데이 may메이 be비 reappointed^r리어포인티드 in인 units유넛츠 of어^v브 one원 year.이어

③ 이사는 상임 및 비상임으로 구분한다. 다만, 상임이사의 정수는 원장을 포함한 이사정수의 2분의 1 미만으로 한다.

(3) Directors더^r렉터즈 shall섈 be비 classified클래서^f파이드 as애즈 standing스탠딩 and앤드 non-standing:난-스탠딩 Provided,프^r러^v바이디드 That^ð댓 the^ð더 number넘버 of어^v브 standing스탠딩 directors더^r렉터즈 shall섈 be비 less레스 than^ð댄 one-half원-해^f프 of어^v브 the^ð더 total토우틀 number넘버 of어^v브 directors,더^r렉터즈 including인클루딩 the^ð더 president.프^r레저덴트

④ 임원 선임 및 직무 등에 관하여 필요한 사항은 정관으로 정한다.

(4) Matters매터즈 necessary네서세^r리 for^f포 the^ð디 appointment어포인트먼트 and앤드 duties두티즈 of어^v브 officers오^f퍼서즈 shall섈 be비 determined디터먼드 by바이 the^ð디 articles아터클즈 of어^v브 incorporation.인코퍼^r레이션

⑤ 감사는 교육정보원의 업무 및 회계를 감사한다.
