한국교육방송공사법 제23조(결산서의 제출)

① 사장은 매 회계연도가 끝난 후 2개월 이내에 전 회계연도의 결산서를 방송통신위원회에 제출하여야 한다.

② 제1항의 결산서에는 다음 각 호의 서류를 첨부하여야 한다.

③ 방송통신위원회는 매년 3월 31일까지 제1항에 따른 결산서와 제2항의 서류(이하 이 조에서 "결산서등"이라 한다)를 감사원에 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2018.2.21>

④ 감사원은 제3항에 따라 받은 결산서등을 검사하고 그 결과를 5월 20일까지 방송통신위원회에 보내야 한다. <개정 2018.2.21>

⑤ 방송통신위원회는 결산서등에 제4항에 따른 감사원의 검사 결과를 첨부하여 5월 31일까지 국회에 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2018.2.21>

⑥ 공사의 결산은 국회의 승인을 받아 확정되며, 공사의 사장은 이를 공표하여야 한다.
