한국교육방송공사법 제10조(임원의 임기)

① 사장ㆍ부사장 및 감사의 임기는 각각 3년으로 하되, 한 차례에 한정하여 연임할 수 있다. <개정 2025.9.9>

② 임원이 결원된 경우에는 결원된 날부터 30일 이내에 제9조에 따라 보궐임원을 임명하여야 하며, 보궐임원의 임기는 전임자 임기의 남은 기간으로 한다.

③ 임기가 끝난 임원은 후임자가 임명될 때까지 그 직무를 수행한다.
