한국과학기술원법 제14조(학위과정 등)

① 과학기술원에 박사ㆍ전문석사ㆍ석사 및 학사과정을 둔다.

(1) KAIST케이이스트 shall섈 have해^v브 doctoral,닥터^r럴 professional프^r러^f페셔늘 master's,매스터즈 master's,매스터즈 and앤드 bachelor's배철러즈 programs.프^r로우그^r램즈

② 제1항에 따른 과정별 수업연한ㆍ학기ㆍ수업일수ㆍ학과 및 교과 등에 관한 사항은 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 총장이 정하고, 과학기술정보통신부장관과 교육부장관에게 보고하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26, 2025.10.1>

③ 제1항의 학사과정의 교육을 위하여 과학기술원에 대학을 설치한다.

④ 제1항의 박사ㆍ전문석사ㆍ석사 및 학사과정의 학위수여, 교원의 자격, 입학자격과 입학방법 등에 관하여는 이 법에 특별한 규정이 있는 경우 외에는 「고등교육법」에 따른다.
