Korea Institute for Employment and Labor Education Act, Article 5 (Articles of Incorporation)

① 교육원의 정관에는 다음 각 호의 사항이 포함되어야 한다.

② 교육원이 정관을 변경하려는 경우에는 고용노동부장관의 인가를 받아야 한다.
