한국고용노동교육원법 제12조(이사회)

① 교육원에 「공공기관의 운영에 관한 법률」 제17조제1항 각 호의 사항을 심의ㆍ의결하기 위하여 이사회를 둔다.

② 이사회는 원장 및 부원장을 포함한 이사로 구성한다.

(2) The^ð더 board보드 of어^v브 directors더^r렉터즈 shall섈 consist컨시스트 of어^v브 directors,더^r렉터즈 including인클루딩 the^ð더 president프^r레저덴트 and앤드 the^ð더 vice^v바이스 president.프^r레저덴트

③ 이사회 의장은 원장으로 한다.

(3) The^ð더 chair체어 of어^v브 the^ð더 board보드 of어^v브 directors더^r렉터즈 shall섈 be비 the^ð더 president.프^r레저덴트

④ 이사회의 회의는 이사회 의장이나 재적이사 3분의 1 이상의 요구로 소집하고, 재적이사 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.

(4) Meetings미팅즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 board보드 of어^v브 directors더^r렉터즈 shall섈 be비 convened컨^v빈드 at앳 the^ð더 request^r리퀘스트 of어^v브 the^ð더 chair체어 of어^v브 the^ð더 board보드 or오 at앳 least리스트 one-third원-^θ써드 of어^v브 the^ð디 incumbent인컴번트 directors,더^r렉터즈 and앤드 resolutions^r레절루션즈 shall섈 be비 adopted어답티드 with위^ð드 the^ð더 concurrence컨커^r런스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð디 incumbent인컴번트 directors.더^r렉터즈

⑤ 감사는 이사회에 출석하여 의견을 진술할 수 있다.
