학교안전사고 예방 및 보상에 관한 법률 제64조(재결의 효력)

제63조에 따른 재심사청구에 대한 재결에 불복하는 자가 재심위원회의 재결서 정본을 송달받은 날부터 60일 이내에 공제급여와 관련된 소송을 제기하지 아니하거나 제기한 소송을 취하한 경우에는 공제회와 재심사청구인 간에 해당 재결 내용과 동일한 합의가 성립된 것으로 본다. <개정 2016.5.29, 2018.12.18, 2021.3.23>
