학교안전사고 예방 및 보상에 관한 법률 시행령 제13조(공제중앙회의 재정 충당)

법 제32조제2항에 따라 교육부장관은 공제중앙회의 재정에 충당할 공제회의 분담금을 전년도 4월 1일 현재 시ㆍ도의 피공제자인 학생 및 교직원 수에 비례하여 할당하며, 각 시ㆍ도 공제회는 매년 1월 10일까지 할당된 분담금을 공제중앙회에 납부하여야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23>
