학교안전사고 예방 및 보상에 관한 법률 시행령 제11조(임원추천심사위원회의 구성 등)

①법 제31조제1항에 따른 임원추천심사위원회(이하 "추천위원회"라 한다)는 위원장 1명을 포함하여 7명의 위원으로 구성하되, 다음 각 호의 기준에 따라 교육부장관이 위촉한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2012.3.30, 2013.3.23>

②추천위원회의 위원장은 위원 중에서 호선한다.

(2) The^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 the^ð더 Recommendation^r레커먼데이션 Committee커미티 shall섈 be비 elected일렉티드 by바이 mutual뮤추얼 vote^v보우트 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 the^ð더 members.멤버즈

③위원의 임기는 3년으로 하되, 연임할 수 있다.

(3) The^ð더 term텀 of어^v브 office오^f피스 of어^v브 members멤버즈 is이즈 three^θ쓰^r리 years,이어즈 and앤드 they^ð데이 may메이 be비 reappointed.^r리어포인티드

④추천위원회의 위원장은 회의를 소집하고 그 의장이 된다.

(4) The^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 the^ð더 Recommendation^r레커먼데이션 Committee커미티 shall섈 convene컨^v빈 meetings미팅즈 and앤드 serve서^v브 as애즈 the^ð더 presiding프^r리자이딩 officer.오^f퍼서

⑤추천위원회의 위원장이 부득이한 사유로 직무를 수행할 수 없을 때에는 위원장이 미리 지정한 위원이 그 직무를 대행한다.

⑥회의는 재적위원 과반수의 출석과 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.

⑦이 영에 규정한 것 외에 추천위원회의 운영에 필요한 사항은 추천위원회의 의결을 거쳐 추천위원회의 위원장이 정한다.
