학교보건법 제9조의2(보건교육 등)

①교육부장관은 「유아교육법」 제2조제2호에 따른 유치원 및 「초ㆍ중등교육법」 제2조에 따른 학교에서 모든 학생들을 대상으로 심폐소생술 등 응급처치에 관한 교육을 포함한 보건교육을 체계적으로 실시하여야 한다. 이 경우 보건교육의 실시 시간, 도서 등 그 운영에 필요한 사항은 교육부장관이 정한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23, 2013.12.30, 2016.12.20>

② 「유아교육법」 제2조제2호에 따른 유치원의 장 및 「초ㆍ중등교육법」 제2조에 따른 학교의 장은 교육부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 매년 교직원을 대상으로 심폐소생술 등 응급처치에 관한 교육을 실시하여야 한다. <신설 2013.12.30, 2016.12.20>

③ 「유아교육법」 제2조제2호에 따른 유치원의 장 및 「초ㆍ중등교육법」 제2조에 따른 학교의 장은 제2항에 따른 응급처치에 관한 교육과 연관된 프로그램의 운영 등을 관련 전문기관ㆍ단체 또는 전문가에게 위탁할 수 있다. <신설 2016.12.20>
